5 Transnational Project Meetings were organised within the SUSPLUS project. Here we describe the dates, location and specific objectives/agenda of each of the meetings.
MEETING 1
Host: Warsaw University of Life Sciences (Warsaw)
Dates: 15th-16th November 2016
No. of participants: 11 (2 from host & 9 from partner universities: Copenhagen – 2; EULS – 2, ISARA – 1, Munster – 1, Italy – 1, Madrid – 1, Uni Kassel – 1)
Agenda: Introduction by Prof. Ewa Rembiałkowska and Dr. Dominika Średnicka-Tober; Short self-presentation of project partners; Presentation & discussion of the agreements to be signed between each Partner Institution and the Coordinators; Presentation & discussion of the project aims & work programme; Discussion of the questionnaire for students (see O1-A1) [a survey on the expectations and needs of students towards educational modules/topics/methods within the subject of sustainable food system in the study programmes/courses]; Discussion on the table of contents of the Booklet on sustainable food system concept (O2) & distribution of tasks; Discussion of the project website and Facebook profile; Initial discussion of e-learning platform, materials & methods – distribution of topics of video lectures; Discussion of procedures of students selection for the project educational activities; Summary of the meeting.

Dates: 4th-5th April 2017
No. of participants: 18 (2 from host & 16 from partner universities: Copenhagen – 2; EULS – 1, ISARA – 2, Munster – 3, Italy – 2, Madrid – 3, WULS – 3)
Agenda: Welcome from the organizers (prof. Angelika Ploeger and MSc Ute Gilles); Introduction by Prof. Ewa Rembiałkowska; Short self-presentation of the project partners (a number of “new people” attended the meeting); The work program for 2017 – reminder; Presentation of the results of the O1 survey with the students in each SUSPLUS country; Common discussion on the results; Discussion of the final contents & methods of the e-learning module; Discussion of the contents and methods to be applied during the Intensive Study Program; Discussion of the method for verification of learning outcomes / grading system for students participating in the Intensive Study Program; Discussion of the first draft of the booklet on sustainable food system concept & revisions (O2); Discussion about the project website and Facebook profile; Further discussion of e-learning platform, materials & methods; Exchange of the information about the students recruitment in every University; Initial discussion of the program of Small Research Projects; Initial discussion of the program of the E1 conference (multiplier event in FEB 2018); Summary of the meeting.
MEETING 3
Our III Transnational SUSPLUS Meeting took place on the 4th-5th October 2017 at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.Project representatives from 8 SUSPLUS Universities, hosted by Prof. Teresa Briz, discussed already undertaken as well as further steps of the project and exchanged project dissemination ideas. It was another great experience enriched by amazing hospitality of our colleagues from Spain and by sustainable-food-culture-related integration of all participants in a lovely city of Madrid. Many thanks to all who attended!
